Founder
Chhay Lem Lim
Chhay Lem Lim founded Serey with the vision of creating a more open, flexible, and creator focused digital publishing ecosystem.
Recognizing the growing need for independence in the digital world, he focused on building infrastructure that allows creators, communities, and organizations to easily build and manage their own online platforms without relying heavily on centralized social media corporations.
Today, his focus is on expanding Serey into a global ecosystem that combines publishing, community building, e-commerce, and digital ownership in one accessible platform.
Chhay works closely with the development team and strategic partners, focusing on product innovation, long term growth, and international expansion.
